How it Works

  1. Voucher Purchase:

    • Purchase a Holistic4Me Voucher through our Payflex or MoreTyme payment gateway(s), which allows you to pay off the voucher in 3 or 4 instalments. Please pay specific attention to the repayment agreement for the respective payment gateways.

    • The Voucher Amount is the redeemable value (e.g., R500), which can be used at any one of the participating businesses.

    • The Voucher Price is the total amount charged for the voucher, which includes service and transaction fees of the payment gateway(s). For example:
      - If the redeemable Voucher Amount is R500, but the Voucher Price is R550, you'll pay R550 via the payment gateway, which is payable over 3 or 4 instalments, starting today.
      -The R50 difference covers fees associated with the payment gateway(s).
      - Only the Voucher Amount (R500) will be redeemable at participating businesses.

  2. Voucher Redemption:

    • Once activated by Holsitc4Me, the voucher is immediately redeemable at participating holistic/wellness providers or others upon request.

    • Please Note: A single voucher can only be redeemed at a single participating company. If you wish to redeem your voucher across multiple locations, simply add multiple vouchers to your cart and complete the checkout.

  3. Participating Businesses:
