Holistic4Me Voucher Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of the Holistic4Me Voucher. By purchasing or using the voucher, you agree to comply with these T&C.

1. Voucher Purchase:

Voucher Price: The total amount charged to purchase the voucher, which includes the cost of the voucher plus any applicable fees (e.g., service and payment gateway fees).Voucher Amount: The redeemable value of the voucher, which can be used at participating companies.Example: If the voucher price is R550, the voucher amount redeemable at the participating company will be R500.Payment Terms: The voucher can be purchased through Payflex, which allows payment in 3 or 4 instalments. The full voucher price (including service fees) will be charged to your card at the time of purchase.

2. Voucher Redemption:

The voucher is redeemable at participating businesses only: Holistic Embodiment, Nouvelle Wellness, Bodyworks4Men, and any additional companies available upon request.Single Use: A voucher can only be redeemed at one participating business. If you wish to redeem at multiple businesses, you must purchase separate vouchers for each.Activation: The voucher is activated immediately upon payment and is redeemable once payment has been processed and cleared.Expiration: Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

3. Voucher Limitations:

Non-transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. No Cash Value: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except as required by law.Partial Redemption: If the full voucher amount is not used in one transaction, any unused value will be forfeited.

4. Multiple Voucher Use:

If you wish to use the voucher across different participating businesses, you must purchase separate vouchers for each business and add them to your cart before checkout.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:

Refund Policy: Once a voucher is purchased and payment is processed, it cannot be refunded except in cases where required by law.Voucher Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your voucher purchase, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, vouchers are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Holistic4Me, its affiliates, and participating businesses are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vouchers, nor for any issues arising from the redemption of vouchers.We are not liable for any discrepancies, delays, or interruptions related to the Payflex payment system or third-party services.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Holistic4Me reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the voucher program or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be communicated through the website and will apply to future voucher purchases.

8. Governing Law:

These T&C are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

Holistic4Me Voucher Program. Holistic Embodiment serves as a platform to provide vouchers redeemable at various participating providers.

While we strive to ensure that the providers listed in the program offer quality services, Holistic Embodiment (Vantex Collab t/a Holistic4Me) acts solely as a facilitator in the Holistic4Me Voucher Program and does not endorse, promote, or assume responsibility for the services, opinions, or business practices of the participating providers.

x Offer Guarantees:

Holistic Embodiment does not guarantee the availability or performance of services from participating providers and is not responsible for any disputes or claims arising from interactions between voucher holders and providers regarding the services, opinions, or practices they offer and/or render.

We encourage all voucher holders to research and evaluate participating providers independently to ensure their products and offerings align with your expectations and preferences.
